The building is now managed by Robert Spitalnick, Birchwood Properties LLC, 98 CUTTERMILL RD # 263S, Great Neck, NY 11021, who took over in 2011 from Vanderleigh Properties. At least one other Vanderleigh property has been "transferred" to Birchwood Properties.

Several posts, videos and images have disappeared from the site.
It seems that the Blogger removed the videos of rats in the garbage area. This may have happened as a result of landlord's complaints.
