The building is now managed by Robert Spitalnick, Birchwood Properties LLC, 98 CUTTERMILL RD # 263S, Great Neck, NY 11021, who took over in 2011 from Vanderleigh Properties. At least one other Vanderleigh property has been "transferred" to Birchwood Properties.

We need this fact documented with the city. I know that it is tedious to make these calls but it is absolutely necessary!
