The building is now managed by Robert Spitalnick, Birchwood Properties LLC, 98 CUTTERMILL RD # 263S, Great Neck, NY 11021, who took over in 2011 from Vanderleigh Properties. At least one other Vanderleigh property has been "transferred" to Birchwood Properties.

More trash from infested apartments in the hallway and on the fire egress. Two more tenants moved out of the building today.
Despite living out of plastic bags, vacuuming daily, spraying everything with rubbing alcohol and permethrin every day I am still getting bitten. It has gotten worse again in the last few days. The infestation inside the walls must be really deep. Black flies come out of cracks in my floor every day.
